The sponge cake layers are brushed with a light syrup of choice to keep the sponge moist and add complexity to the flavour. Syrup flavours include:
Cakes can be filled with English buttercream or silky and light Swiss meringue buttercream.
Buttercream can be combined with a white, milk or dark finest Belgian chocolate ganache to provide a decadent filling for your cake.
Cakes can be filled with ganache for the ultimate in luxury.
Liqueurs and spirits can also be added to the fillings.
