The sponge cake layers are brushed with a light syrup of choice to keep the sponge moist and add complexity to the flavour. Syrup flavours include vanilla, espresso, champagne, lemon and orange.
Cakes can be filled with English buttercream which can be combined with a whipped white, milk or dark finest Belgian Chocolate ganache to provide a decadent filling for your cake.
Cakes can be filled with whipped Belgian Chocolate ganache for the ultimate in luxury.
Liqueurs and spirits can also be added to the fillings.
