Your cake is lovingly baked by hand using the finest ingredients that are sourced locally as much as possible. We use local free range eggs, Pennine Way Preserves and all butter lemon cheese and Lancashire butter. We use the finest organic cake flour in our cakes and Belgian chocolate for our chocolate mud cake, chocolate buttercream and ganache.

The sponge cake layers are brushed with a light syrup of choice to keep the sponge moist and add complexity to the flavour. Syrup flavours include vanilla, espresso, champagne, lemon and orange.
Cakes can be filled with English buttercream which can be combined with a whipped white, milk or dark finest Belgian chocolate ganache to provide a decadent filling for your cake.
Cakes can be filled with whipped Belgian chocolate ganache for the ultimate in luxury.
Your cake can also be filled with a creamy, silky smooth German style buttercream. A delicious, decadent less sweet custard based filling.
Liqueurs and spirits can also be added to the fillings.
