In this class you will learn how to cover a marzipaned fruit cake and the board with sugar paste.

Make a penguin cake topper dressed in a hat and scarf from sugar modelling paste

Make a Christmas tree, snowflakes, lettering and decorations in sugar modelling paste.

Use a variety of cutters and sugarcraft tools

Add ribbon, your decorations and a generous sprinkling of edible glitter to complete your cake

Your cake will keep beautifully until Christmas.
